Global Warming (continued)

http://www.aip.org/history/climate/summary.htm

The link above goes to an article on the history of Global Warming. After reading this article, I had a very interesting theory come to mind. What if the Earth orbited the sun at a greater distance during the Ice Age than it is today. The Earth's climate can change dramatically on the slightest change in Earth's route around the sun. This can add to Global Warming, make worse or better. Better by if the Earth's route starts going away from the sun, but that can cool the Earth back into an Ice Age centuries after the change. I think the easy way to help prevent the warming of the Earth further is to reduce the amount of waste (air pollution , water pollution, deforestation, ect.) produced by the manufactoring of our everyday items. That, I believe, would decrease Global Warming over the years to come.
